Group Photograph of White House Staff

This group photograph of White House kitchen and domestic staff was taken in January 1986 during the administration of Ronald Reagan. The photograph was taken possibly during a Christmas party for West Wing staff. The staff members stand behind a dessert topped with a white chocolate angel, possibly created by White House Executive Pastry Chef Roland Mesnier (center right). The photograph is part of the personal collection of White House Executive Chef Henry Haller (center left). Chef Haller served as executive chef at the White House from 1966-1987. Among the others pictured in this photograph are butlers Alfred Saenz (front, left) and Wilson Jerman (front, right).
